Return Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased from us, you may return the unused portion of a product within sixty days for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.

Returns Procedure

• To return a purchase, contact us at dermage@dermage.com to obtain our returns address. In your email, please state:
• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The product(s) you would like to return
• Your order number
• We will send you an email with our returns address.
• Please return the product to our returns address, along with a printed copy of the email you received from us.
• Returns will be processed within 3-4 weeks of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
